Detox, Hydrate and Energize

Start your day off with this refreshing detox drink made with Water, Cucumber, Pineapple, Lemon and Ginger.

Blend:

32oz. Water

2 small organic cucumbers

1 lemon (peeled & remove seeds)

1 cup pineapple (include the core)

1 medium thumb size piece of ginger


Lemons support heart health, help control weight, prevent kidney stones, protect against anemia, reduce cancer risk and improve digestive health.


Cucumber water has many potential health benefits, including hydration, weight loss, lowering blood pressure, and skin health.


Pineapple fights inflammation, helps with weight loss, flushes parasites from liver and intestines, regulates the thyroid and balances electrolytes. Bromelain (an enzyme found mainly in the core/stem) is shown to have pain-relieving effects and the ability to reduce inflammation in a variety of allergic, traumatic, postsurgical, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions including osteoarthritis, tendonitis, allergic airway disease and ulcerative colitis.
