Garden Fresh Pepper Sauce

Spice up your dish with some homemade garden pepper sauce.


  • 10-15 Peppers of your choice (Hot, Medium, Mild)

  • 8-10 cloves of Garlic

  • 1/2 cup of Cilantro (fresh or dried)

  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 lime, juiced


  • Wash and destem peppers

  • Separate and peel garlic cloves

  • Grind peppers, garlic and cilantro in a food processor

  • Dump in a bowl and add the salt, vinegar and lime juice

  • Pour in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. This should keep for months.
