Homemade Vanilla Extract

It's so simple to make your own extract; it can elevate the deliciousness in your baking!


Ingredients:

*Good quality grade B Vanilla Beans

Good quality 80 proof alcohol



Instructions:

Split beans down the center and use 4 beans per 8oz. alcohol.

For best flavor store for 12 months periodically shaking it from time to time. It can be used after 2 months but WAIT...


*Why Grade B?

-Because it contains less moisture and can achieve a more concentrated vanilla flavor.


With planning and patience you will never have to buy store vanilla extract again!
