How to Make Raw Sea Moss Gel
How to clean and rehydrate your sea moss:
Rinse and drain the sea moss about 3 or 4 times to get all the salt, sand and any debris discarded.
Soak in a large bowl of Purified or Distilled water covered overnight at room temperature.
Drain and you are ready to make your gel.
*High speed blender recommended
1 cup dried wildcraft sea moss (rinsed, soaked & drained)
1-2 cups of Distilled or Purified water
Add your hydrated clean raw sea moss to a blender along with 1 cup of water to start- add more as needed.
Once blended to a smooth consistency it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
The sea moss doesn't have much of a taste so enjoy!
