Raw Vegan Stuffed Crust Pizza

Stuffed Crust Raw Cheese Ingredients: • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds (soaked overnight), drained • 1/2 cup water • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar • 1/2 lemon, juiced • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste) • 2 cloves garlic
-Instructions: Place all in a food processor until smooth consistency.

Raw Tomato Sauce Ingredients: • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked overnight • (reserve ¼ cup of the soaking liquid) • ½ tsp onion powder • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp paprika • ¼ tsp oregano • salt to taste -Instructions: Place all in a food processor until smooth consistency.
Raw Cashew Cheese Topping Ingredients: • 3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight) • 1/3 cup water (may need more to thin) • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast • 2 tbsp extra olive oil • 1/2 lemon, juiced • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp sea salt -Instructions: Place all in a food processor until smooth consistency.
Crust: Store bought Vegan Tomato flour Tortilla
* If you would like this pizza 100% raw you will have to make your own crust.
Veggie Toppings I used: Tomatoes, onions, spinach, sweet peppers, olives and Mushrooms with some crack pepper.
