Vegan Baked Oatmeal |Chocolate Almond Butter

Refined sugar-free, gluten- free, oil-free, guilty free and delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of old fashion rolled oats

  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter

  • Oil to coat your ramekins


Toppings

  • Vegan sugar-free chocolate chips

  • Almond butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

  • Blend the Oats to a powder consistency (optional)

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Fill mixture into the prepared ramekins

  • Sprinkle your desired amount of chocolate chips on top

  • Bake in the preheated oven until firm, about 25 minutes.

  • Top with almond butter
