Refined sugar-free, gluten- free, oil-free, guilty free and delicious!
Ingredients
1 cup of old fashion rolled oats
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 banana
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup almond milk
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. almond butter
Oil to coat your ramekins
Toppings
Vegan sugar-free chocolate chips
Almond butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Blend the Oats to a powder consistency (optional)
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Fill mixture into the prepared ramekins
Sprinkle your desired amount of chocolate chips on top
Bake in the preheated oven until firm, about 25 minutes.
Top with almond butter
