Vegan BBQ Ribs


Ingredients:

2 cans Green Jackfruit

1 16oz. pack of Beyond Ground Meat

1 tsp. Marmite

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. Veggie bouillon

seasoning to taste


Instructions:

  • Drain and rinse jackfruit; boil in water with Marmite, Worcestershire sauce, veggie bouillon and seasoning for about 30 min. then cool

  • Remove the seeds and shred with your hands or chop with a knife

  • Add to a large bowl the cooked jackfruit, beyond ground meat and additional seasoning to taste.

  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper form into rib shape and bake on 375 degrees for 1 hour.

  • Flip over and Pour the BBQ sauce on top.

  • Bake for another 15-20 mins
