Vegan Pancake Recipe

Going plant based doesn't mean you leave behind all your favorite foods; just make them healthier.



Ingredients:

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp grapeseed oil

2 tbsp maple syrup or apple juice concentrate


Instructions:

1. Add the vinegar to the milk and set aside.

2. In a Medium bowl stir together flour,baking powder and salt.

3. Combine milk mixture, oil and syrup into the dry ingredients.

4. Cook on medium heat in an oiled or non-stick pan.


*Note: Side items - Beyond Sausage with Tofu Scramble (tofu,seasoning,turmeric) topped with vegan cheese and salsa.
