Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte for 2

This perfect fall/winter drink is cozy, creamy and delicious!


Ingredients:

2 c. Almond milk

1/2 c. Strong coffee

4 Tbsp. Pumpkin puree

3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

1 tsp. Pumpkin spice


-Optional: Non-dairy Whipped Cream topping


Instructions:

In a pot on medium high heat add all ingredients and whisk until combined and hot. Pour in your favorite mug and top with non-dairy whipped cream.
