Ingredients:
2 cans Green Jackfruit
2 cans Chickpea
3 Ribs of Celery finely diced
1 medium onion finely diced
1 lemon juiced
3/4 c. Vegan Mayo add more for creamier consistency
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Tamari Sauce
3 Tbsp. sweet relish to taste
1 tsp. Green Seasoning or herbs
oil to sauté
Nori/seaweed to desired taste
seasoning to taste
Instructions:
Drain and rinse the Jackfruit and chickpeas.
Remove seeds and place jackfruit in a clean towel and squeeze as much water out as you can
In a medium sauté pan with oil add the jackfruit and nori/seaweed along with seasoning
Cook for about 5-7 mins, let cool
In a large food processor add all ingredients and pulse until desired texture ( chucky or smooth) scrape down sides in between pulses so it will be uniform in texture.
